Description
Mini cheesecakes with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and Twix caramel topping.
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 1 1/2 packages)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini Twix, halved (divided)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press into cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Bake for 5 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of Twix pieces. Spoon batter into liners.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a toothpick. Sprinkle remaining Twix pieces.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Let cheesecakes cool completely before refrigerating.
