Description
A quick and easy no-bake dessert combining dates, peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate for a Snickers-inspired treat.
Ingredients

- 12 medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Slice 12 pitted medjool dates in half and place them side-by-side in four rows of six date halves on parchment paper.
- Cover with another sheet of parchment and roll them to 1/8″ thickness.
- Spread peanut butter over the smashed dates.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the bark and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle sea salt and extra peanuts on top.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze for 5-10 minutes until set.
- Break or cut into pieces before serving.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Customize with dark or milk chocolate.
