Description

A rich and minty dark chocolate fudge layered with peppermint patties and swirled with white chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag peppermint patties
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Unwrap and cut peppermint patties into smaller pieces. Set aside.
  2. Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  3. Combine dark chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a pot (do not heat yet).
  4. Measure marshmallow cream and cocoa powder separately.
  5. In another pot, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate mixture over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Whisk in marshmallow cream and cocoa powder until fully combined.
  8. Melt the white chocolate mixture over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  9. Pour half the dark fudge into the pan, add peppermint patty pieces, then pour the remaining dark fudge.
  10. Pour white fudge on top and swirl with a knife.
  11. Sprinkle remaining peppermint patty pieces on top.
  12. Refrigerate for 4 hours to set. Let sit 20 minutes before cutting.

Notes

  • Cutting the fudge after refrigeration is easier if you let it sit briefly at room temperature.
  • Lift the fudge from the pan using the foil for clean slicing.
