Description

A colorful and fun fudge made with white chocolate, condensed milk, and Circus Animal cookies, perfect for parties and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 11 ounce bag white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened at room temperature
  • Red or neon pink food coloring
  • ½ cup rainbow nonpareils sprinkles
  • 1 cup crushed Circus Animal cookies
  • Whole Circus Animal cookies for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over the sides for easy removal later.
  2. Melt and combine: In a large saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and softened butter. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula until the mixture smooths and breaks down completely.
  3. Add color: Reduce heat to low. Add 2 to 3 drops of red or neon pink food coloring gel to the mixture. Stir until fully combined, then adjust with more coloring if needed to reach your desired pink shade.
  4. Fold in mix-ins: Remove from heat and gently fold in the rainbow nonpareils sprinkles and crushed Circus Animal cookies. Mix carefully to distribute evenly without overmixing to prevent the sprinkles from bleeding color.
  5. Pour and decorate: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, scraping down the sides of the saucepan to get every bit in. The fudge will self-level, so no spreading is necessary.
  6. Add toppings: Arrange whole Circus Animal cookies and larger cookie crumbs on top to create a decorative surface.
  7. Chill and set: Refrigerate the fudge overnight until fully set and firm.
  8. Serve: When ready, remove the fudge from the pan by lifting the parchment paper edges. Using a sharp knife or metal spatula, cut the fudge into 12 equal squares.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for vibrant color without thinning the mixture.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • For best results, let the fudge sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
