- ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter
- 3 cups (600g) granulated sugar
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 – 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme (marshmallow fluff)
- 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Cook the base: In a large pot over medium heat, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Bring the mixture to a rapid boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes (or until the mixture reaches 234°F on a candy thermometer).
- Add the flavors: Remove from heat and immediately stir in the marshmallow creme and white chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
- Finish the fudge: Blend in the vanilla, salt, and chopped Oreo cookies evenly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate until the fudge is firm. Lift it from the pan using the foil, cut into squares, and enjoy.
